1. Sponsor

This promotion (the "Promotion") is run by Taylor Family Holdings, of 3275 W Ina Rd, Ste 221 Tucson, AZ 85741 ("Sponsor").

2. Not affiliated with Instagram

This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. By entering, you release Instagram and Meta from any and all liability connected with this Promotion. Any questions or comments should be directed to Sponsor, not to Instagram.

3. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Individuals under 18 may enter only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian, who must accept the prize on the minor's behalf. Employees of Sponsor, its affiliates and agencies, and their immediate family members and household members, are not eligible.

4. Promotion period

The Promotion begins on 10.27.2026 and runs on a monthly basis until ended by Sponsor with notice posted on @solo_classe]. Each month is a separate entry period ("Entry Period"). Each Entry Period starts at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) on the 27th of each month and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on the 25th of the following month.

5. How to enter

To enter, during an Entry Period:

1. Post an original photo or video of your formal look to your Instagram feed or Reels;
2. Tag @solo_classe in the post; and
3. Include the hashtag #SoloClasseGiveaway in the caption.

Your Instagram account must be public at the time of the draw for your entry to be seen and counted. You don't need to own or show SoloClasse products to enter.

Limit: one (1) entry per person per Entry Period, regardless of the number of posts made. Entries count only toward the Entry Period in which they were posted.

Entries must be your own original content, must not include anyone who hasn't agreed to appear in it, and must not contain anything offensive, unlawful or that infringes on anyone else's rights. Sponsor may disqualify any entry it considers inappropriate.

6. Winner selection

On the last day of each month, Sponsor will select one (1) winner at random from all eligible entries received during that Entry Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner notification

The winner will be notified by Instagram direct message from the official @solo_classe account only. The winner must respond within seven (7) days of notification. If the winner doesn't respond within that time, is found to be ineligible, or doesn't comply with these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited and Sponsor may select an alternate winner at random.

Sponsor will never ask a winner for payment, passwords or banking details. Messages from any other account claiming to be SoloClasse are not from Sponsor.

8. Prize

One (1) prize per Entry Period: a $100 USD SoloClasse voucher, redeemable on [soloclasse.com]. Approximate retail value: $100 USD.

• The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
• It can be used once, toward one order. Any unused balance will not be refunded or carried over.
• It has no cash value, can't be exchanged for cash, and can't be combined with other offers or discount codes.
• It is non-transferable. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
• Shipping costs above the voucher value are the winner's responsibility.

Winners are responsible for any taxes that apply to the prize.

9. Use of entries

By entering, you grant Sponsor a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to repost, share and display your entry (including your Instagram handle) on SoloClasse's social media channels, website and email marketing, with credit to you, without further payment. Sponsor will ask for separate permission before using any entry in paid advertising.

10. Winner publicity

Except where prohibited, the winner agrees that Sponsor may announce their Instagram handle as the winner on SoloClasse's social media channels.

11. General conditions

Sponsor may cancel, suspend or modify this Promotion if fraud, technical failures or any other factor outside its reasonable control affects the integrity of the Promotion. Sponsor isn't responsible for entries that can't be seen because of private accounts, Instagram outages or technical errors.

By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by Sponsor's decisions, which are final.

12. Limitation of liability

By entering, entrants release Sponsor, Instagram and Meta from any liability, claims or damages arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance or use of the prize.

13. Privacy

Information collected in connection with this Promotion will be used to run the Promotion and in line with Sponsor's Privacy Policy at [soloclasse.com/privacy-policy].

14. Governing law

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.

15. Winners list

To request the name of a month's winner, email info@soloclasse.com within 60 days of that month's draw.
