Not good quality

Gloves came with leather fingers looking wrinkled. Now it is going to cost me a fortune to send some back and they have the Gaul to charge me a restocking fee!

Hi Blanche - We are so sorry to hear your gloves were not acceptable when they arrived. Since they are made by hand, there are sometimes gloves that are not up to our standards. Generally we catch them before they go out, but they sometimes get past us. Of course for returns with damage, we do not charge a restocking fee. Nor do we charge shipping. We'll send you a return label via email shortly.

I love the gloves. I live in California so silk lined gloves are just perfect but hard to find. I am so glad to have found these. Plus, the service was excellent.

I purchased the 22 bt version of this glove first, and then purchased these a week later. Just as the 22 bt ones feel amazing these do too! Will probably purchase more of their products in the future!
